pingoo!というサービスがあります。
更新pingをここに飛ばすと、複数の送信先に一括送信してくれるサービスです。
で。あまり積極的につかってる事例を見ないのですが（なんとなくあちこちに飛ばしてくれるから、的な記述を良く見ます）、送信先を追加できるので人気blogランキングやにほんブログ村などの自分専用のping先を登録しておくことで、ping送信先の管理を一元化することが可能になります。
送信履歴も個別に残っているので、「なんとなく飛ばしている」から「より戦略的にpingを活用する」に転換するのにもいいんじゃないでしょうか。
